Share your Big Idea. The IDEAL Conference is accepting presenter proposals that highlight impactful research, resources, and strategies.
Submissions Should Align with a Conference Theme
- Teaching and learning
- Student recruitment, retention, development, and belonging
- Staff recruitment, retention, development, and belonging
- Organizational leadership and human resource management
Submissions Should Include
- Title: A presentation title.
- Abstract: A description of the content.
- Content: A description of the expected content of the visual/content, along with an indication of why the topic is significant: why conference attendees will find it interesting.
Proposal Format
Presenters may choose to participate in a concurrent session or poster session.
- Option A: Concurrent session (one 90-minute presentation)
- Option B: Poster session (one 45-minute presentation)
Proposal Timeline
- Presentation proposal deadline: January 31, 2025
- Presentation proposal review period: February 1-15, 2025
- Presentation approval and notification: February 28, 2025
- Presenter(s) acceptance: March 5, 2025
- Presenters must register for the conference by March 5, 2025
