IDEAL Conference

Presented by Indiana University, the IDEAL Conference is an affordable, comprehensive professional development resource, taking place March 27-29, 2025, at the Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis, Indiana.

In its second year, the three-day Midwest conference will host 700 participants in critical discourse in a wide range of areas, offering two unique experiences tailored to professionals in different sectors:

Higher Education Experience

For professionals in secondary and postsecondary education, affiliated organizations and nonprofits. This experience explores critical topics such as teaching and learning, recruitment, retention, development and belonging and organizational leadership.

IDEAL Executive Leadership Institute

A transformative three-day experience focused on leadership development for executives and emerging leaders across industries. Participants will refine leadership skills, gain career development insights and more.
